How To Get Started

Approved WSIB Claim

You must have an approved WSIB Ontario claim related to a workplace mental health injury (e.g., chronic stress, first responder trauma, traumatic incident).

WSIB Claim Number

You must have an 8-digit WSIB Ontario claim number.

Psychological Symptoms

You must be experiencing psychological symptoms such as anxiety, depression, emotional distress, panic attacks, PTSD, or sleep issues.

In consultation and collaboration with an Ontario registered Clinical Psychologist, our clinicians offering services through WSIB Ontario Mental Health Program of Care offer individual psychotherapy. These services are available for both in-person and online to those with a registered WSIB claim in the Ontario Mental Health Program of Care.

In-Person and Online Sessions Available

We offer flexible options to meet your needs, whether that means visiting our clinic inside the Armoury Mall in Picton, Ontario or connecting virtually from anywhere in Canada. Virtual services are available to individuals registered with WSIB Ontario.
